Orders can be shipped to school, home, or TechZone. If shipping your order to TechZone please e-mail regarding your purchase. All Apple orders over $50 are eligible for free ground shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available but we have found the extra expense to be unnecessary.
The delivery timeframe is generally 5 - 10 days.
For most equipment the standard Apple warranty is one-year parts and labor with 90 days complimentary telephone support. AppleCare extended warranties are available that extend the parts/labor warranty and telephone support to a full three years.
